Workshop at Conway Hall: "Massenpsychologie"
and The Triumph of the Masses Today

We have organised a number of brief presentations taking their starting points from Freud's classic text. Speakers include Sophia Berouka, Max Maher, Faisal Bokhammas, Janet Haney and Roger Litten. We aim to open space for a discussion of the ways in which this text continues to provide us with the resources for a reading of the dynamic coordinates of populism, nationalism, segregation and other aspects of the contemporary social bond.
